In this case, they will be considered your dependents. Dependant Visa is issued for the same period as the main visa. It is important to remember that when applying you will have to provide proof of affinity or close relationships.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Which family can you move?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">husband, wife or partner;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Children under 18 years of age (a child aged 16 years and older should not lead an independent life).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A child over the age of 18 if he is currently in the UK can also file for a Dependant visa. The main thing is that the documents are official and indicate the FIO of each of you and the address of residence.
