How long do I need to stay in the UK to get a UK citizenship?

For Exceptional Talent it is 3 years to get ILR For Exceptional Promise it is 5 yeards.Together with the main applicant a permanent residence permit can be obtained and his family: spouse and children living in the United Kingdom.

You can be absent in the country 450 days in 5 years, and in the last year before filing for a passport you can be absent strictly no more than 90 days.
