Do I need a lawyer or attorney to successfully apply for a Global Talent visa?

To apply for a Global Talent visa in the UK, there is no need to contact a lawyer or solicitor, unlike in the US. Here, you can try to put together a package of documents on your own, guided by the official data on the websites of the UK government and approving organizations. Or you can seek help from me, a talent visa holder, and save your time and avoid mistakes and stress.

Is it possible to apply for nationality after a certain period of stay in Global Talent? After your application is approved, you are entitled to submit documents to the University of Applied Sciences. For the Exceptional Talent category – after 3 years, for the Exceptional Promise category – after 5 years. After this period, after another year, you are entitled to submit documents for citizenship.

Yes, having a talent visa, you are entitled to take it with you. Family members in the UK include your spouse and children under the age of 18. They will have the same rights as you, including the right to work. It is worth noting that each family member you want to take with you will have to undergo a separate visa procedure and each will have to pay for compulsory health insurance separately.

Essentially the main differences are your work experience and achievements.

Submission of approved application (after endorsement) directly for visa: £152 plus £624 for each year of basic medical insurance as I explained earlier, multiply the cost by the number of years you are applying for. Also include the medical check-up, in particular fluorography, which can only be done at certain clinics. This is another $100 or so.

A 5-year visa will cost approximately £3,800 per person.

Global Talent Visa is issued for a period of 1 to 5 years. When submitting documents, you specify the term yourself. The visa is issued for the period you need. If you need to stay in the country for a longer period, you can extend the visa.
